The Trinity Christian College believes that no qualified student should miss out on quality theological education due to financial limitations. We will assist deserving students, but expect those with the means to contribute fairly to their education. Students and families are encouraged to plan for living and educational expenses before registration. A fee schedule, subject to annual changes, will be provided in advance to help with financial preparation.

Tuition

The actual cost of education is outlined in our documents to help students understand the full expense of their training. However, keeping in mind the financial constraints that many face, TCC provides Scholarship to eligible candidates. Even so, we want them to appreciate the value of their education and encourage them to pay to their abilities.

Scholarships and financial aid are available based on need and merit. Those deemed unable to pay tuition may be eligible for a fee exemption based on the judgment of the Admission and Financial Aid Committee. So we encourage all who are committed to quality theological education to apply for admission, even if they do not have enough resources for their living expenses

Living

The living expense comprises the expense on food and accommodation (water, electricity and the maintenance of the college facilities) alone. All students are expected to have their own resources for living expenses. If students are unable to find support from their family resources, their local churches or well-wishers are strongly urged to help them and share in the blessing of training leaders of tomorrow.

Scholarship Work

All students who do not pay the full fee are part of the scholarship work scheme, which is based on the amount of fees they pay. Students in this scheme are required to work during designated hours to help cover their fees or living expenses. Work hours are typically from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays. Students who do not fulfil their work hours will be required to pay the full fee.

Fee Payments

Students can choose to pay their fees either annually, at the start of each academic year, or in two instalments, before each semester begins. A student will not be allowed to register for future semesters, receive a diploma, grades, transcripts, or recommendation letters, nor participate in graduation ceremonies until all financial obligations are settled in line with the college’s policies.
